Girlfriendology interviews 'green girlfriend' DEBRA QUARTERMAIN

Oprah's doing it. Sandra Bullock's doing it. Even George Clooney's doing it. Yep, the whole world is 'going green.' And, can you blame them? We only have one planet earth and it's a pretty nice place so maybe we should take care of it - right?

Our guest on this special EARTH DAY podcast is DEBRA QUARTERMAIN. Debra is a creative spirit who has designed products, patterns, presentations and more. She is a self-proclaimed 'Stitch Chick' and  has been sewing since she was five. Debra is the author of several books as well as designer for numerous craft and sewing magazines.

But what makes her join forces with Oprah and Sandra? Now she has reclaimed her life by committing to not buying any non-necessities in 2008. In fact, she's writing a column called "Make It Green" in Today's Creative Home Arts and blogging her new green lifestyle for the world to follow her lessons and adventures.
